Hosemate Pty Ltd. respects your right to privacy. We will collect your name, address, ABN, email and telephone numbers for the purpose of ascertaining your organisations eligibility to apply for a credit account with Hosemate Pty Ltd. 

Any information you provide us is collected via the online or printed Credit Application form and is securely stored in a cloud database. 

Your information remains confidential and will not be shared with a third party for communications and marketing purposes. If in the event that you default on your credit account with Hosemate Pty Ltd we will share your information with a compliant debt collection agency. 

If you would like to access your customer information file, please send a written request to Ben Holder via ben@hosemate.net.au. Your request will be responded to within 3 working days. 

If you believe that we have mishandled your information and that our organisation has not responded appropriately, you can make a submission to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. For more information on how to do so please visit www.oaic.gov.au
